      Constant support and encouragement to continue professional development and education. Always a happy place to work, even on a tough or busy shift, the staff members are always happy and smiling.

      Alfred is a quite a resourceful organisation that provide lots of professional development opportunities including many workshops on diverse topics and policies

      Cons

      Sometimes big hospitals mean departments and teams can be quite siloed, not uniquely a Alfred's problem
