Supportive team, but limited growth opportunities - Project Coordinator Alfred Williams Employee Review

The team here seems to truly care about the employees and their wellbeing.

Like any job there are deadlines and sometimes extra effort is needed otherwise hit those.

The team is the best part (a lot of top tier talent, character, work ethic, and personality). The holiday parties, monthly trivia, and team bonding activities were fun (if you had time to enjoy them, of course). Early close before holidays and on Fridays plus an extra birthday PTO day were great and something to look forward to.

Management. Underpaid & over worked. The ceiling for growth is low. Growth at this company means taking on more work and responsibility for little/no additional compensation.
