- Toxic senior leadership. - A strong sense of favouritism exists. - Senior management does NOT take feedback well. - There is constructive criticism and there’s feedback, and then there’s the senior management here. They adopt a crude way of delivering “feedback” in that they don’t hold back. - You’re chastised for thinking outside the box and digressing from what’s “good for the company”. - You can learn if you put in the effort, sure. But that’s about it. No room for suggesting and implementing new ideas. - The company does not trust its employees to do their jobs and constantly goes over their heads to get things done. - Senior leaders do NOT take accountability for their failures and are quick to bring the heat on the employees who are merely executing their vision. - Senior leaders do NOT live and breathe the core values. Simply put, they’re above the rules.
