Hard to criticize, very organized and focused company

Management in this company is amazing. There is constant communication between upper management and any level of employees. I truly feel like my voice is always heard and never have I felt like my ideas get put on a back burner. Hard work never goes unnoticed and everyone treats each other with a high level of respect. Culture is amazing here. I always look forward coming into the office and I never feel like the odd person out. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I regard coworkers more like family than anything else. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that want's to feel like they are more than just a cog on a wheel.

The coffee machine stops working sometimes. Makes it a hassle to have to walk to the cafe and order one there.
