Pros
Strong vision to turn the company into a globally, integrated industrial company and a lot of global projects are popping up to support this vision, which means opportunities for everyone. Since Aliaxis is global, you get to work with different people from different backgrounds, which makes it very interesting. Work-life balance is good. There are of course always peak moments and slower moments. Having the right manager makes the difference.
Cons
Slow decision making, not always putting resources where they are needed, lack of priorities. Some senior leaders could do with some leadership training. This is a big point for improvement: tailored learning & development for all employees.
