Pros
It would've been a great opportunity since it was a hybrid setup, requiring three days at the office and the rest at home. The flexibility was good for my situation being a single mother and all, but management's making so much fuss all the time, it's annoying and it gets stressful!
Cons
Management makes regular changes and re-structuring and it's become a burden for us! Instead of making our load easier, getting used to systems and processes, it's become difficult and work has become redundant! None of us could ever master the job because changes are made so often and these changes are becoming more ridiculous than ever! And we could never understand how management makes these decisions!! The leaders here are so incompetent! Tough what really pushes employees to quit was getting blame for the ridiculous decisions they make! They can't even be accountable for them! They're the reason the work atmosphere's toxic!
