Terrible onboarding and awful work conditions - Former Employee Alida Employee Review

I would not recommend working for Alida due to the terrible onboarding process and terrible work conditions. New employees aren’t given any training, but are expected to accomplish complex tasks without any guidance right from the start. Salaries are a lot lower compared to other companies, and there isn’t much room to advance. Most of the managers here are pretty hostile and often harass employees and bully them into meeting outrageous demands.
