Pros
Great supportive team and culture Respectful and Trusting Remote Work Culture Exposure to all aspects on clinical trials and new problems/indications
Cons
Little to no job specific training Constant high-level workflow changes that burden the ability to efficiently complete routine work. By the time one process is learning and implemented, 3 more changes have been made. Opportunities for professional development aside from learning by fire are no made available to the staff who would not have time to participate if they were. No stipend for WFH equipment or work phone + low salaries and benefits package. Project managers are worked into the ground and responsible for everything unlike other larger more established companies, which leads to burn out due to lack of professional development resources and constant changes of internal processes and software. More alignment from the top down is needed in order to perform well without working 60 hour weeks.
