Pros

Flexible with time off and free beer outings once a month if you like to drink. That's honestly about it.

Cons

No structure whatsoever, constantly gaslights the employees and gives false promises even when talking to the senior leadership. It's a sink or swim type of environment and kiss *** type of culture. If you need training don't expect to get it from leadership. Constant talk about politics causing a toxic workplace environment.

Pros

For being a smaller company they do a lot including offering Flex Time which means people can work around their own schedules for the most part and they offer way more vacation than most companies. They also provide lunch once a month to their employees as well as a monthly social event off-site. Employees actually like each other and hang out on the weekends! One of the main reasons I’ve stayed for so long is the great culture and the opportunity to work with a fantastic team. The company even picks up a portion of the cost to the employee for benefits and provides a matching 401K program.

Cons

A lot of growth, which is a good thing but change is hard for some people, growth provides opportunities.
