      Constant learning, unique and high value-add work, good comp and benefits, coworkers with varied skill sets, no "up or out," ability to choose how much involvement you have outside of client delivery work

      Cons

      Long hours at times, some senior leaders don't respect pre-planned PTO, merit increases and bonuses are a "black box"

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
