      Amazing work, smart people, interesting clients, self-starter environment

      Cons

      Everything is a black box, no information/knowledge sharing, PTO is so so, diversity is so so, overtime bonus can bite you when times are slow

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
