1) CEO only has PPT to show, not the final products. 2) CEO didn’t completed even one product. 3) Aim of company to create design, generate fancy presentation, approach the investors and get money and spend until its over. 4) Salary delayed almost for 4 months 5) Factory was closed for 2 months and no salary given. 6) CEO ghosts employees when asking for salary. 7) No future of the company. 8) Poor planning and management. 9) Company doesn’t follow any legal compliances. 10) CEO is futuristic and not practical. 11) Fake promises to employees as well as to clients. 12) Advice:- Don’t ever join this firm, your life will be hell due to financial. 13) CEO never stick to his word. 14) Legal action should be taken against him
