Great working environment and people. Growing company that has the best product in its field. Great communication between management and individual contributors it really feels like we are all working towards the same goals. Great technology, a pleasure to support because infrastructure is stable and the focus is on progress. I was hired during Covid-19 when Alkami was %95+ work from home. Interviewed, onboarded and up to speed %100 remote even though the office is 15 min away. Very smooth process, and just an example of how organized and efficient Alkami is. Vast majority of us are still WFH for the remainder of 2020 while we sort out kids going back to school ect. Alkami makes work / life balance easy so we can all move forward together undistracted. Very competitive compensation with pre-IPO stock options. (Alkami rocks this will be big) Great benefits and they match %25 of 401k contributions up to %8 of salary.
