Pros
People are generally nice and easy to work with, the culture for the most part is nice as they send out free stuff during covid remote work.
Cons
There seems to be a cliquish culture where if you are not apart of or are actively engaged in conversations with certain teams, you are left out and not given the same type of assistance or collaboration as others. High burnout across the board, this includes both on the Support and Delivery side to the point where projects are pushed back with no end in sight leading to client frustration. Poor managers that are out of touch with reality
