Pros
- Great benefits: Peak-performance PTO, work from home stipend, comfortable office with snacks/lunch - Hardworking, dedicated employees. So many genuinely nice and smart people - Senior devs who were always willing to provide learning support. Very supportive front-end team that was a pleasure to work with
Cons
- Too much focus on providing every client with a snowflakey, specially-custom experience. Should be innovating ways to automize the building of experiences, particularly UI experiences. This was happening to a certain extent but lack of vision on part of higher ups got in the way a lot of the time - One size fits all approach to professional development - Middle-management putting pressure on teams to perform based on directives from upper management, and never really making employees feel like they could completely trust their manager or that managers have their back
