Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and appreciate your input as an Alkamist. We appreciate your favorable feedback about the organization's desire to implement a new focus aligning our corporate goals, communication and collaboration through OKRs.
We welcome open feedback and thoughts on what we need to do to improve and promote cross communication, empower our Alkamists, and provide career development opportunities to ensure that we have the skill sets needed to grow.
