Pros
Alkami has the most amazing people and product. Everyone is kind while still being able to be honest and provide constructive feedback. It's also worth noting the ELT here is the best ELT I've ever had the opportunity to work for. The culture they've put in place is phenomenal. Get it done and do it right!
Cons
Like any other large - yet still "start-up-y" company there is a lot of change. The way Alkami is ushering in the changes and being transparent with our employees & customers is impressive. I've spoken to a lot of customers who have complimented our transparency as we continue to succeed.
