      Access to all the people in the company. Rewarded based on merit. The company will invest in you if they see you have potential. opportunity to travel whilst being well paid. Good pay.

      Cons

      Small. Not possibility for moving other parts of the business. The production assistant role involves constant travel, person needs to be happy to be away most of the time.
