Pros
You are working to move individuals and families from homelessness to being housed or remaining housed.
Cons
They will smile in your face, and work to lay you off simultaneously. It appears they are moving away from just helping to want to be the elephant in the room to solve homelessness. However, they can't do that while they are still re-cycling some of the same clients into programs they should have aged out of. Because if you did they'd be homeless again right, but thought you solved that?
