None, there is nothing good about this company except they are making fool of employees and forcing them to leave by hook or by crook.
Cons
Very bad at people management, planning and compensation structure. Because of flattering pathetic people are working as managers and they didn't even know about how to restart service of their product and what is remote desktop.
