      All Flex is very good at rewarding individual effort and entrepreneurship.

      Sometime their focus on entrepreneurship can result in disjointed efforts that do not achieve results as quickly as possible.

      You can learn new things regarding production.

      Cons

      * Poor Communication. * Little to no training. * CEO, plant manager, customer service, and several others were either fired or replaced within less than half a year. They are purging people. * Company demanding more work with poor pay/ compensation.
