In my almost 20+ years working in the IT Industry, I have never worked in an environment which is more open and fun than AOB. The founders live in U.S. and bring a very open and honest culture which is very refreshing. I decided to move from a big company in Bangalore to Jaipur since I am from Rajasthan. The cost of living is so much more affordable, and people and the city is so much nicer than Bangalore. Everybody is very committed and hardworking in the company and it has a very inclusive environment. The work is super challenging and it is very fast moving - after so many years in Corporate India/America, I feel like I am learning new things again!

Very fast moving and everyone is always working on multiple projects - so if you are looking for a "steady job", this is not the right place for you.
