      None to speak of! Start agents as training agents, as to avoid paying commissions and pays minimum wage. Regardless of experience.

      Cons

      Poor treatment towards employees and long hours mostly graveyard shift and require some work off the clock to collect commissions.

      The owner is communitive and appreciates all of his employees, holds annual employee outings, offers bonuses, generous pay, PTO, Anniversary thank you for staying with the company, Been with the company for over 4 years only had a disagreement with a couple coworkers not with management.

      Cons

      The market for Bonds has it ups and downs.
