Pros

No pros all pro is the worst contact company ever.

Cons

No benefits. Was told in the government employee hanbook . All pro has sense removed the hanbook after questions were asked about sick leave and vacation. After a year on the contract you would get 2 weeks paid vacation. Then was told after a year that the vacation was pre paid with the hourly salary. No sick leave no health, dental, no PTO time, or paid vacation. If you are a contractor who ever the contract is with can terminate for whatever reason even if you are an exceptional employee. DO NOT work for ALL PRO.

Pros

I have worked for this small friendly staffing firm on long-term and short-term assignments over the course of several years. My experience with the All-Pro leadership: -- They treat their candidates professionally. -- They always communicate and interact in a human, personable manner. -- They obtain a realistic assessment and understanding of clients and the associated project prior to sending one out to an engagement. -- Welcome your feedback once you are on assignment. -- When challenges do arise (whether job related or internally), they remain calm, respectful, and roll up there sleeves to get things resolved. Regarding the accounting department (in contrast to another reviewer's comments), in well over 100 weeks across several years, I cannot remember a single instance of a late paycheck. In fact whenever facing a holiday week, they go out of their way and hustle to get paychecks out early, prior to the holiday. When I changed my bank account for direct deposit, they expedited its processing so I would not have a lapse in direct deposits. For a staffing firm, they do put in the effort on a human level, rather than just blindly placing bodies.

Cons

As typical in agency positions where one is an employee of the staffing company while on assignment, and a high number of continuos weeks are required to obtain any benefits, the candidate must still personally pay for their health insurance, with ever increasing premiums.
