Great people to work with on the team. New supervisor listens and supports but can’t make change when she’s being blocked. Flexibility to work some from home.
Cons
Toxic culture with no growth. Leadership sees front line as headcount, not people. Benefits are expensive and weak compared to similar places, pay is mediocre with pathetic increases, and you’re forced to use vacation during the week long holiday plant shutdown. Anyone who tries to improve things gets pushed down just like frontline staff. Bullying, managers talking poop behind your back about you, and to your face about your team members.
