- Management are all family and/or friends
- Calls are recorded and randomly pulled for “coaching” to which they have an outdated system for scoring them on.
- You get errors on service orders and that % goes against you every month, sometimes even when someone else changes your order you still get docked points.
- Concerns go in one ear and out the other
- There are people in management who have absolutely no experience or training whatsoever.
- They promote based on who is willing to be the biggest pet.
- Absolutely zero flexibility at all
- Weekend and night shift required even after long term employee has been there before that requirement.
