Pros
I worked at AllBright for nearly 4 years. I enjoyed my time there, learnt a lot and made great friends. The women in the business were brilliant, driven and passionate, and we worked well together.
Cons
Overall, communication across the business suffered and the team weren't as valued as they should have been. I was able to grow with the company, which was great and I truly appreciated, however not as fast/to the level that I would have worked for.
