- "Work anywhere forever". Company quickly took a very progressive stance on the new flexibility needed because of the pandemic. Makes it a lot easier to do my work, take care of family, and live anywhere I want! - Business Development is always so strong, my leads are not just warm, but hot, I have such a great basis of clientele to recruit for. - Team culture lends to support, help, never being on an island. Whenever I'm struggling I'm just a message away from getting all the help I could possibly ask for, with no judgement. Sales is tough, everybody here gets that, there are ups and downs, we all work through it together. - I never thought I'd make this much money, honestly. It's changed my life.
Cons
- Recruiting is Sales, and sales is tough. Some new to the business struggle with that. It takes time. If you are looking for a quick buck or the easy way, this isn't the industry for you.
