Cons
No Union Representation / Collective Agreements.
Relatively poor pay compared to other jobs within the same industry, regularly overworked and stressed employees.
Poor management with a lack of direction, a lack of communication across the business.
Many staff higher within the business and management are often rude and / or demanding towards lower paid / supporting staff.
Relatively high staff turnover within the last year, with more people leaving than joining. This has not included their recent restructuring, in which over 25 people were put at risk of redundancy.
Support staff are often forgotten about, and / or not prioritized within the business.
