Pros
The people I work with through EASi are easily some of the best people I met. We support each other and are always looking out for the new contracts that come in to where we are located.
Cons
It's difficult to work with EASi and who I am contracted with. We have different holidays and in general, the benefits are terrible compared to my coworkers who actually work for the company I'm contracted with.
