Pros
Pay on time Good interest in the refreshment of employees as the HR department is good
Cons
There are one or two managers who play filthy politics. I have had a situation where one of the managers had threatened me that if I don't work on the project he says then I will be straight away taken to the HR and removed from the company. As a fresher, I couldn't understand that this was the most unprofessional thing that a manager would do. Those times the projects were so bad that the engineer hardly learned anything but just do data entry sort of task. But I heard now the situation has improved. Anyways I was also given fake promises so that I would work patiently on such dump projects. The most saddening thing is that I was retained in the team coz of my performance and the ones who were moved to bench got into nice projects. I also tried to grab a good opportunity that came from outside the team but was denied coz of politics. The only benefit I had as an engineer was that I learned some CAD software and also to live up to a professional work environment. I experienced a lot of tension coz I hardly learned something that suited me to the designation of a design engineer. But that's just because of the quality of projects they brought in. They hardly cared about billings.
