Pros
The team are hard working, passionate and caring. They're always there to support you.
Cons
Where do I begin! The CEO is impatient and sets impossible expectations. On numerous times he abused the staff in-front of the team creating an uncomfortable environment to work in. The CEO does NOT like his team to be friendly, to get to know each other or to support each other (across departments for work benefits or personal life). The salary is low, with little negotiation for benefits. You are often in a role where you are carrying out tasks that would normally be for 2-3 people. You are expected to work overtime constantly with no overtime pay or benefits or recognition. You are constantly micromanaged to do tasks EXACTLY how the CEO wants it done. Even if you know a way that may be smarter or more effective, there is no chance to have a different opinion. This company has so much opportunity to grow into the 21st century, but for some reason there is a misogynistic tyrant at the top of the food chain preventing any development.
