Pros

Training is good. If you're a newly licensed agent, it's a good place to start your career. You will learn a lot.

Cons

While training is good, commission split is the worst in the industry in this area. You will pay a lot to Allen Tate for very little in return. This firm offers little value for the amount that you will pay them. There is no flexibility for an agent to run his or her own business as he or she sees fit.

Pros

Friendly, Fun Atmosphere, Helpful Broker and colleagues.

Cons

Not the most diverse but very inclusive to those who are non-majority. Must be established in the industry.

Pros

Great marketing team, good work/life balance if you set it yourself.

Cons

My experience in this role was marked by a lack of support, growth, and respect. There was no clear path for advancement, and management showed little interest in employee well-being or ideas. Instead of encouraging development, they preferred to keep people confined to narrow roles so as not to disrupt the day to day flow. Pay was low, and though conversations about raises were promised, they never led anywhere. Even when I reached out for help, support was minimal or nonexistent, leaving me feeling undervalued and stuck. The marketing team was often asked to take on tasks outside of our responsibilities without proper recognition or compensation. The company's main concern was the bottom line and nothing else. Overall, poor management who does NOT have your back, poor pay, poor growth and no respect.
