Horrible place to work - Mental Health Specialist Allendale Association Employee Review

Not a lot of good to say about this place. Management does not lead or guide employees, no clear cut expectations are given but you will be in major trouble if you do something wrong. Not worth the risk of your reputation or mental health because it's a very negative environment to be in. Promotions go to the laziest, rude, unfitting individuals that lie and cover up for administration and execs. From the top down this place is filled with liars and abusive people. Very few good people there for the right reasons.
