There is extreme favoritism within the company, managers will allow their favorite employees to drop the ball and dont hold them accountable and if you bring it to their attention they will flip it on you instead. Some people can not hit goal for several months with no consequences while others who hit their goal every month will be let go for small things that could have been fixed.
Lack of accountability from managers and the payment processing department. - tons of settlements left unprocessed every month due to negligence.
Old policies & procedures, company doesn’t want to make changes to grow & improve. They keep doing the same thing over & over expecting different results.
EXTREMELY unqualified management (most). They do not have a great understanding of debt settlement and running a company.
