Honestly management is not great, glad the fired the person in charge in Guatemala, se didn't do anything but they fired one of the few supervisors that knew what to do, they kept one from here that always gives out wrong information to agents, a lot of us complaint about it but he is still there...
They changed bonuses to impossible ones.... seems like they dont want us to reach bonuses and yet they say metrics may change from time to time but it is still a benefit... how can it be a benefit when they change bonuses EVERY month and to impossible targets in orden for agents to not get their bonuses paíd... oh because they noticed we gave our 150% on the previous month they had to put something impossible not only that before I left I asked other agents how they plan to reach the goals , and the response Will shock you, but guess that is management is looking for
