The company compensation package isn’t what the claim it to be. Sales bonuses are based on what is shipped. Sales reps have no control over what ships. A very toxic environment, if ever you try to address issues you are torn down and belittled. Daily told you are not good enough. No rhyme or reason to how goals are set. Employees are expected to work more than 8 hours a day and accused of lying about time worked when they clock out after 8 hours.
