Alliance Global Tech does a good job focusing on mentorship and professional development - there are numerous formal and informal opportunities in place to help you succeed. There is open dialogue about future aspirations (even if those don't include Alliance Global Tech), and a supportive culture that encourages teamwork and helping your colleagues. we often celebrate individual and group successes in the office by recognizing strong contributions to our community. The opportunities to grow and develop, especially as a relatively junior member, are huge, and I believe I have been able to learn more here than I would have starting my career anywhere else.
Cons
There isn't anything I'd change. Everyone is lovely and open to helping you personally and professionally. It's a truly amazing place to be.
