Some of the staff are great friendly people always willing to help when possible.
Cons
Certain job rolls Work long hard hours, bad attitude towards work ethnic, no consideration towards employees family/ social life. Communication is appalling , lack equipment to do the job. Treat like children. No disabled facilities. Show little interest in employees ideas or work problems. No forward thinking looking ahead always the easy quick response towards problems. Morale is always low.
