      I like the fact the company takes care of all the processes to bring employeers onboard. They accomplished all what they stated before I came to US.

      Pros

      You can networking pretty good here since they don't have actual projects. You'll spend must of your time hunting for real projects.

      Cons

      When you start the payment is lower than the minimum. Even if you get a project, the final assignment decision will be done by the CEO, not by you. No benefits until you have a project.
