      Pros

      I had an excellent store manager that cared a lot about his employees, and also motivated them to succeed.

      Cons

      Low pay, given leads that were so old a lot of them were dc’d numbers, depending on the store some goals were just not obtainable, having a coworker get written up 5 times and not get fired, then get fired myself without warning or prior disciplinary action.

      What an interesting experience from the “fastest growing company”

      Cons

      What an interesting company. Our store is currently out of toner, paper, our windows have not been washed, and when you reach out for assistance to people higher up than you - it’s met with silence. Never in my life have i seen such improper management from what should be a highly reputable company. The issue starts at the home office and then works its way down.
