Pros
- Competitive pay (not so much now that the company isn't doing especially well though) - Making an effort to improve performance feedback process and intercompany mobility process
Cons
- Not many women is senior management positions - Hard to transfer to different positions - Benefits more expensive biweekly than other companies - Several layoffs in last few months (decrease in morale)
