-Often have repetitive work which leads to bottleneck at some point (suggestion: try to upskill yourself once in a while) -So far, my bonus received is not that much (depends on your performance and position level) -Not much "young" faces around, depends on your department of course. -The operation department such as PMI team tends to have major and repetitive workload (to complete how many targeted cases daily & even including weekends & public holidays). Yet, they still can claim OT fees but still tiring of course. -Major complaints by everyone: Low promotion opportunities but rather hire people from the outside. [So, if you leave the company, you can come back even stronger, in terms of payment and your position level]
