If you have a degree then doesn’t contribute to your progress, they hire students on lower wages in order to cut down on costs. Working here three years and ‘brain-drain’ occurring. Educated and experienced staff have all left or in process of leaving which is contributing to performance or company. i.e central bank fines, uneducated team, lack of knowledge of products and serious lack of leadership. New department manager in call-Centre lacks experience in large multinational company and can be deemed far from approachable. Little to no opportunities for progression. New management team in direct without the required three years experience or college degree required as advised on job specification. Appears with the economy on the rise and plenty of jobs within the industry Allianz are beginning to see the repercussions of their actions.
