This company, while it is still definitely an insurance company, it is making great strides toward breaking the stereotype of insurance companies--both in how they treat their employees and community, as well as how they treat and interact with their customers.
Cons
It's still and insurance company, still has to deal with denied claims and unhappy customers when necessary. It is still a corporation that includes profit margins as one its highest priorities.
