Pros

nice cafeteria and walking paths

Cons

Inadequate training; new hires are placed on phones with none/little knowledge Call center mgmt is too "busy" to be bothered with questions from associates New hires are immediately expected to perform as well as seasoned associates Sweatshop mentality...very rigid schedule that must be adhered to No pats on the back for a job well done; only focus is on improvement

can be a bit tough at first if you don't like being on the phone constantly

Pros

Great people, great office, hybrid work model.

Cons

Office can feel empty on the in-office days mostly because the building is so massive and there just aren't enough people there to make it feel right.
