My former Team Lead knew what he was doing. He valued hard work and rewarded the ones who deserved it.

My Allianz Care journey (short version): - My first Team Lead didn't appreciate work. He even put me on the performance improvement plan without any valid reason. The reason actually was that he simply couldn't get along with me - My second Team Lead was one of the best Team Leads that I had in my career (I am not talking only about Allianz Care but in general). He valued my hard work, took me off the PIP (performance improvement plan) and promoted me shortly after. The first time since my staying I felt appreciated in this company. Unfortunately I got a new Team Lead and that's why I gave a 1 star rating - My current Team Lead has a complete different approach towards work. Instead of rewarding hardworking employees he values more the "positive ones" who "try to create a nice working environment" instead of taking care of the productivity. I didn't apply to work in a primary school and don't understand why we need to put so much effort into celebrating Birthdays, Christmas etc. Worse of all is that the organisation of these kind of events seem to be more important than processing claims. Isn't this why we are here?! To process claims!
