Pros
I have wonderful flexibility, which is great as a working mom. My manager trusts me to get the job done and I take that trust seriously. I've had the opportunity to do new and challenging tasks and to work with such a great group of people who really care about you and your career. The people who work here really have a generous spirit and take care of each other. It's also great to work with people who really care about the customer. Also, great perks such as fitness center, fitness classes, health assessments, team running events, socials, picnics and many other celebrations throughout the year!
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but it's a fast-paced environment and you have to have the ability to change direction quickly and go with the flow. But this also means that the work is always interesting.
