Poor Management and technical incompetency are something you will experience. - Would recommend checking with previous employees over LinkedIn before joining the organization as we all don't have very good feedback. - Bad Variable Pay policies are intended to make sure nobody gets their variables to pay even if they complete their entire year with successful ratings. - No new technology to work on or any area of improvement in your knowledge can be achieved by being in this company.
