Pros
The staff is really friendly. They offer a flex schedule. Work over 2 hours during week and leave early 1 day at 2:00pm. Once you have reached monthly goals, you will make 8% commission on sales overage. If entire staff reaches monthly goal - which is after all expenses are met, the overage is split between all staff members at 12%.
Cons
Management is poor. Micro manages all staff. The commission structure was 23% and dropped to 8%. The monthly bonus is almost impossible to reach. It has only been met twice in the past 2 years and that was during tax season
